Computer Refresh Duties & Responsibilities
* Serves as a principal source of information on computer selection reach outs and advises faculty or staff on existing options or alternatives.
* Supports outreach to schedule individual deployments as they relate to overall schedule.
* May assist in preparing orders for computers and related deployment hardware.
* Ensures customer satisfaction with deployments through follow up and corrective action.
* Assists in assigning assets to individuals and updating corresponding asset records.
Asset Management Duties & Responsibilities
* Works with customers to determine asset reporting needs.
* Create reports, review asset trends and review with management on next steps.
* Assists in managing inventory and asset tracking.
* Tracks purchased assets from inception through resale or disposal
* Tracks leased assets from inception through disposal/return
* Completes asset audits.
Administrative Duties & Responsibilities
* Organizes and implements administrative systems and procedures performing necessary support duties.
* Provides for smooth day-to-day flow of communications between our unit, staff, and faculty.
* Gathers and maintains data for and assists in preparing reports and/or spreadsheets, often using a variety of computer software.
* Will compose, proofread, edit, and prepare correspondence, reports and other materials using Word processing, spreadsheets and/or databases.
* Participates in measuring performance and capturing/reporting on lessons learned to continuously improve the deployment project and process.
* Contributes to unit goals by accomplishing related duties as required.
