Position Information Working Title Administrative Coordinator Department Lied Center for Performing Arts-0854 Requisition Number S_240740 Posting Open Date 08/01/2024 Application Review Date: (To ensure consideration, please submit all application materials before review date) 08/12/2024 Posting Close Date Open Until Filled Yes Description of Work The Administrative Coordinator serves as primary administrative coordinator of the Lied Center's business operations including coordination of artist contracts, agent communication and program planning. The position also serves as the receptionist for the Lied Center administrative office including answering a multi-line phone, greeting visitors, providing information and outstanding customer service. The position is involved with special project development by serving as liaison with artists, contract implementation, drafting offers/deal memos, marking up contracts and confirming terms of engagement.
