Job Description:

Our client, an integrated infrastructure contractor, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the company's Utility Distribution division!

Job Details:

  • Title: Administrative Coordinator
  • Type: Contract
  • Start: ASAP, Ideally 9/30!
  • Length: Through end of 2024 at minimum
  • Format: 100% On-Site, free parking
  • Location: Krum, TX
  • Pay Rate: $27-31/hour
  • Background Check: Will be ran upon offer

Qualifications:

  • Must Have: 3-5+ years of Administrative and/or Coordination experience in the Construction industry, specifically within Utilities Distribution or Power Line Construction
  • Technical Skills: MS Office with Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, and basic Excel formulas), Adobe Pro or Bluebeam, or similar document management software
  • Soft Skills: positive mindset, eager to support the team, no task too small mentality

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate heavily with foremen, area managers, general managers on scheduling, job constraints, level of effort needed for projects, and project pricing and estimation.
  • Logging new Utility locations and renewing locations as needed.
  • Input project information using Excel and Microsoft Office (job packages with standard work documentation, job requests, sorting jobs into categories for efficient dispatch of work)
