Overview:

Mad City Windows & Baths is seeking a Administrative Coordinator to add to it's rapidly growing team! Administrative Coordinator's primary responsibility?of handling clerical?tasks?within the scheduling department including data entry, reporting, etc.

Essential Functions:

• Data entry for materials received
• Tracking of product
• Flag missing pieces, damaged pieces of all received materials
• Check in product for installs and upload appropriate information
• Spreadsheets and Reporting
• Serve as a liaison between vendors and company
• Forward service parts to correct service departments, check in service parts as needed

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office Products??
• Detail?oriented within a fast-paced environment???
• Integrating?information from multiple sources quickly and accurately??
• Gathering?and analyzing data??
• Team?player??
• Ability?to multitask and prioritize??
• Excellent communication skills??
