About the job Administrative Coordinator Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is seeking a highly motivated, and organized individual with a positive attitude to join our client's team as an Administrative Coordinator. This is a full-time temp position, with the possibility of converting to permanent. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to all office staff, backup receptionist as needed, and assist with internal event planning. Responsibilities

  • Maintain, order, organize, and distribute office supply inventory
  • Assist with planning and executing office wide employee lunches, employee appreciation events, customer/guest lunches
  • Assist with planning and executing all office events such as holiday parties, service awards dinners, employee offsite events
  • Back up to the Receptionist (must be comfortable working the main phone line and greeting customers & guests professionally and courteously
  • Decorate the office for holidays and events
  • Assist with ad hoc HR projects/items
  • Assist with HR responsibilities like onboarding paperwork, etc.
  • Assist with maintaining the inventory in the company store as well as vending items in the office
  • Other duties assigned by manager
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an HR department
  • Prior front desk office experience including switchboard and receptionist
  • Creative and loves to decorate and schedule internal events
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
