CTG's premier client has a contract assignment for an **Administrative Coordinator** .

**Pay Rate:** Based on experience
**Work Hours:** M-F 8am-5pm
**Education:** Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business/Business Administration, or equivalent preferred
A successful candidate in this position will possess strong soft skills as well as:
+ Attention to detail
+ Knowledge and experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) - preferably SuccessFactors Recruiting Module
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools like Bookings, Excel, Word, etc.
**Brief Description of Role:**
The major functions of this role include overall recruitment administration support for the Durham Campus. The role ensures processes and systems are in place to recruit for talent needs within the organization. Responsibilities include coordination and execution of sourcing, talent acquisition, recruitment, interview management, decision analysis, hiring, and onboarding processes, all while adhering to company values and legal/regulatory requirements.
**Description of Work:**
+ Support and implement hiring processes in compliance with current legal and regulatory policies, assessing their alignment with company values.
+ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and other resources to source eligible candidates for open positions.
+ Perform detailed screening of candidates to ensure minimum qualifications are met.
+ Review requirements to determine rehire eligibility.
+ Coordinate with hiring managers for candidate screening.
+ Schedule and manage phone, virtual, and in-person interviews with candidates.
+ Facilitate hiring decision analysis to objectively identify top talent.
+ Provide daily support and interaction with HR to align hiring needs.
+ Maintain strong attention to detail and scan for duplicate data profiles.
+ Assist with employee file management and record-keeping.
+ Develop meeting minutes and action items as required.
+ Enter candidates into the visitor management system.
+ Attend and host onsite and offsite hiring events.
+ Perform all other duties as assigned while maintaining confidentiality of materials.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business/Business Administration, or equivalent.
+ Alternatively, equivalent of 3 years' experience in an administrative function or office management.
+ Prior administrative experience in a professional setting or manufacturing/plant environment.
**Skills/Experience:**
+ Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
+ Capacity to prioritize and re-prioritize work streams quickly.
+ Computer proficiency (PeopleSoft HR, MS Office, MS 365, MS Bookings, SharePoint, and OneDrive).
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism.
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to organize work and ensure timely completion.
+ Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
+ Self-motivated, positive attitude, and willingness to help others.
