This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned Division(s) within the Department of Medicine. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Division Director, Program Administrator, and faculty.Among the key duties of this position are the following:Acts as point of reference for faculty recruitment, which includes collecting applications, scheduling interviews, preparing itineraries, and maintain confidential files.Provides administrative support to the Division Director, Program Administrator, and Faculty.As applicable, acts as a point of reference for staff Human Resource related matters, which may include staff recruitment efforts, as needed.Responsible for personnel matters for the department/division; maintains time and attendance records, ensures timely completion of forms for Human Resources, Payroll, etc.Acts as principal liaison with various administrative departments and units of the University.Position Status Full TimeHours Per WeekDaily Work ShiftWork ArrangementFLSA ExemptGrade 21SPosition SalaryAnnual Minimum Salary 058025.00Annual Mid Range Salary 069366.00Annual Maximum Salary 082164.00Standard Hours 37.50Union Description HPAE 5094Payroll Designation ABPBenefitsRutgers offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees.
