What We Are Looking For
The Administrative Coordinator plays a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office. The primary functions of the Administrative Coordinator are to perform a variety of administrative tasks in order to assist in the general operation of the corporate office. Individual should optimize organizational efficiency while providing support to senior leaders, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating operational logistics, and ensuring exceptional internal customer service.
We are searching for a personable, energetic, hard-working, patient, organized individual to join our team. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material and is familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
* Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to a senior-level leader assisting with schedule management and completing general office tasks.
* Maintain and manage front desk schedule to ensure consistency and serve as back-up when needed.
* Process invoices and receive inventory.
* Set up new vendors as needed with Corporate Purchasing.
* Provide information on services offered, pricing, and scheduling availability.
* Field customer questions including ETA's and inquiries.
* Proactively order office supplies, equipment, and other materials as needed, based on usage and demand.
* Additional tasks, as needed.

What You Will Need
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 3-5 years office experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
* Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
* Able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
* Able to lift up to 10 pounds at times
