Responsibilities:
Provides administrative and clerical support for the SVP of Business Development serving as a liaison between them and their teams, staff, and internal/external parties. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will prepare and review documents, spreadsheets, presentations and correspondence as assigned and responds to emails/messages on behalf of the executives you are supporting. In addition, you will research and oversee various Project Management endeavors, as well as manage calendars and independently schedules appointments and meetings for the Senior Vice President and Directors. Other duties will include taking meeting minutes, maintaining time and attendance records using the Kronos timekeeping system, preparing monthly expense reports and receiving and screening incoming calls.
Qualifications:
* Associate's required or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
* 5 years of high level secretarial or administrative assistant experience supporting multiple executives and directors
* Experience in health care is preferred
* Excellent computer and keyboarding skills and ability to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
* Visio skills strongly preferred
