Overview

ABOUT THE POSITION

VHB's South Burlington, VT office is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily business operations and ensuring efficient office management. We anticipate about 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

* Uphold VHB's brand by fostering a welcoming atmosphere for both employees and guests, while ensuring that all common areas are presentable and run in an efficient and professional

* Support daily operations with regards to supplies, equipment, and food orders.

* Event planning on/off site for holidays, fundraisers, and various meetings coordination.

* Performs occasional administrative duties (e.g., data entry, filing, photocopying).

Skills and Attributes

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

* Team oriented with ability to perform multiple tasks independently in a timely manner and collaborate effectively and positively with coworkers.

* Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented.

Qualifications

* 0-2 years of related experience in an office setting

* High School Diploma

Hiring Salary Range: The estimated hiring salary range for this position is $18/hr - $22/hr. The final compensation will be based on a variety of factors such as individual qualifications, education, and experience.
