An Administrative Coordinator for the Sales managers provides support by being an event coordinator, contract and invoice processer, and more.This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in Central Ohio.Candidates must also be located and authorized to work within the United States.What you will be doing:Provide administrative and project support to assigned managersCoordinate regional meetings, conferences, and special eventsProvide financial and expense processing support for assigned regionProvide on-board and off-board processing for employees in assigned regionSupport the training manager in administrating content loads in McGraw Hill's learning management system (LMS)Proactively compile and analyze data from department leaders to develop monthly and ad hoc reports and serve as part of the administrative resources teamCommunicate effectively and efficiently with all internal and external customers and maintain confidentialityWhat you'll need to be successful:Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experienceSeasoned professional with at least five years of experience providing administrative, project support, and event coordinationExcellent business writing and grammar skillsAbility to manage multiple projects with short turnaround times and capable of shifting prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and OutlookWillingness to work a flexible scheduleWillingness to work in a team environmentPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
