HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your Role:

* Provides administrative support to the Department of Patient Experience and to the Director.

* Assists Patient Experience Advocates with tasks as needed.

* Duties include, but not limited to, answering phone, creating and maintaining files and records, disseminating information, maintaining office supplies and equipment.

* Assists with daily rounding preparation as well as participating in rounds as needed.

* Interacts and coordinates the work of the department with other hospital departments.

* Assists in clerical organization of the Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC).

* Is responsible for scheduling coverage of the Patient Experience Department as well as maintaining PLT/LTS etc., calendar.

* Is responsible for the coordination of the Patient and Family Advisors volunteer Program, and coordination of volunteers.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Education:

* Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience:

* Two (2) years job related experience.

Preferred Experience:

* Two (2) to five (5) years job related experience.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel.

* Expert competency with the computer.

* Excellent typing skills with minimal errors.

* Very strong organizational skills.
