In this role, you'll manage IT procurement, track contracts, and assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and IT record-keeping. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient departmental operations, contributing to an inclusive and culturally responsive work environment, and supporting Cascadia's overall mission of integrated care.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IT procurement, including vendor contacts, orders, invoice tracking, and expense reconciliation.
  • Track and maintain all IT contracts, software licenses, and renewals.
  • Provide administrative support to IT leadership, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes.
  • Support Operations in coverage and various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years of administrative experience (preferred experience with IT procurement and Accounts Payable).
  • Skills: Effective communication, strong organization, proficiency with office technology.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to travel across the Portland Metro area and maintain a valid driver's license. BLS certification is required (training provided).
