Description: Day to Day: Most data entry, some phones, and verifying the accuracy and quality of the data entered into the indexing system. Make necessary corrections to ensure electronic data accurately reflects the original data. Communicates appeals status Documents appeals resolution Processes appeals Supports second level reviews with peers and management. Works claims caseloads and assist with opening and closing. You will sometimes be opening mail, sorting mail by contract/department, reviewing scanned documents and data entry.
