ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE
OVERVIEW:
The Administrative Executive is a key strategic role within our organization, acting as a bridge between our executive team and various stakeholders, including clients, employees, and external partners, and playing a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our strategic initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support CEO and senior management in developing and implementing strategic plans that align with Pureflow's vision and objectives, facilitating company-wide stability and growth.
* Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other leaders/departments, ensuring alignment of goals and efficient communication.
* Partner with senior management to recruit, onboard, develop and build teams.
* Maintain executive's calendar and appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Comfortable with taking the lead and innovative
* Excels in a fast-paced environment; remains flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient
* Professional verbal and written communication skills
* Strong computer skills - i.e. Excel,/Word/Outlook/Power Point (or equivalent) proficiency
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate for this position will be eager to work and attain a high level of success. They will prioritize excellence in every area and will have demonstrated excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The ability to transform an objective into actionable items is imperative. Five years of strategic business experience is preferred.
