Role Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Integrator to join our team in a hybrid role, blending in-office and remote work. This fast-paced, dynamic position is based in the greater northwestern Chicago suburbs and supports the executive team and operational processes with urgency and precision.

The role involves:

• Providing administrative and executive support, managing communications and scheduling with agility and attention to detail.
• Driving operational efficiency by maintaining and integrating CRM (HubSpot) and EOS Traction tools.
• Handling clerical tasks such as billing, accounts receivable, and general office organization.
• Tackling a variety of tasks with a sense of urgency to meet fast-moving business demands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative and executive support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and produce rapid results.
• Proficiency in clerical and organizational tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Method, HubSpot and EOS Traction (preferred).
• Knowledge of medical terminology (a plus).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to travel quarterly.

Estimated Pay Range

$20$28 per hour with room for growth, based on experience and qualifications.
