Administrative Maintenance Coordinator / Vendor Coordinator This position is under the general direction of the Maintenance Manager, to perform varied administrative duties, coordination, and organization of office duties for the Maintenance Department. Acts as liaison between the Maintenance Division and external agencies. The Maintenance Coordinator is an administration classification that functions as administrator for the company. Work with established policies and procedures, the incumbent works with a high degree of independence in coordinating outside maintenance contractors and repair work orders.
