Ultimate Staffing is seeking candidates for a Direct Hire position in Smithfield!

This position is 100% ON SITE! Hours will be Monday-Thursday 7AM-4PM, Friday 7AM-12PM. Salary will be $60-80K/yr DOE - FREE HEALTH INSURANCE!! Details: The Administrative Manager will oversee many of the financial administrative tasks being completed by other departments, including receiving, subcontractor onboarding/payments and warranty. The goal of this role is to ensure the workflow for these departments is running smoothly. Job Duties: - Ensure the employees receiving vendor invoices and credits are processing them accurately and in a timely manner. - Be the first point of escalation for discrepancies between vendor invoices and our Purchase Orders (PO). - Coordinate with Account Administrative Managers on issues that are occurring in purchasing/invoicing. - Ensure the employees processing subcontractor payments are being processed correctly and on time. - Ensure the employees processing VPOs are moving them through the system in a timely and accurate manner. - Ensure our Warranty department is effectively managing warranty claims, resolving issues promptly and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. - Point of Contact for Credit Card reconciliation at each branch. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication. - Process weekly timesheets for direct reports. MUST Have experience managing a team! Previous experience in the construction/subcontracting industry STRONGLY preferred!
