Summary of Position: Administrative Manager provides office support for all aspects of the Cumberland County program office
* Administrative Manager functions as the office receptionist, prepares weekly paperwork, and payroll processing. Also, maintains confidential participant and personnel records.
* Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers.
* Must be organized, pay attention to detail, have good time management skills, and be computer literate (Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/365 - Word Processing and Spreadsheet Software)
* Must have the ability to work well with others, be friendly and have an outgoing personality.
Qualifications/Requirements: Associates degree is preferred but not required. Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
* Proficient Computer knowledge is necessary, specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.
* Knowledge and experience using database type software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Some understanding of insurance, and third-party billing is helpful.
Some evenings are required.

Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
