Family Office Foundation is looking to add a smart, sophisticated Administrative Manager with HR and Office Management experience to join it's 15 person staff. This is an exciting, diversified, interesting opportunity. The Company has outside providers for benefits, tech needs, accounting, etc., however, they need a bright individual to oversee and act as the liaison between the Company/employees and the vendors. This is the go-to person for anything office related as well as liaison with building management for any internal needs.
As HR Manager you will oversee a staff of 6 Executive Assistants. This is a true generalist position including benefits, employee relations, onboarding, etc. Act as liaison and trusted confidante with regard to any benefits questions, open enrollment, 401k, etc. Deal with any internal issues that require action, etc. This is a great opportunity to develop your own career while supporting a great team.
This position is on-site five days per week. The ideal candidate will have 10++ years of experience in a like job working directly with employees and overseeing admin staff. Small to mid size company experience is preferred. This is not an executive position position.
