Job Description:

Status: Part Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Summary of the Position: The Dutchess County program is seeking an Administrative Manager to provide office support for all aspects of the program.

* Individual is responsible for multiple office duties including but not limited to: preparing weekly paperwork, processing payroll, and maintaining confidential participant and personnel records.

* Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers.

* Applicant should be organized, pay attention to detail, have good time management skills and work with computers (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

* Must be able to work independently, have positive communication and customer service skills are essential.

Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00

Qualifications/Requirements: A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required. Associates Degree is preferred.

* Computer knowledge is necessary, specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.

* Some understanding of insurance and third-party billing is helpful.

* Flexibility in hours and non-traditional work hours, may work some evenings or weekends

Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus.

Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage.
