Job Description:
Administrative ManagerJob Duties:
  • Ensure the quality of services provided by APluscare are at the highest level
  • Maintain agency's residential/day habilitation/in-home services compliance with DDD, DHS, Medicaid, and other applicable state and federal regulations
  • Investigate incidents in accordance with APluscare Incident Reporting policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with state departments' incident reporting policies and procedures
  • Prepare, review, submit, and process DDD/DHS incident report follow-ups in accordance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Cooperate and coordinate with state and other relevant officials during investigations of incidents that involve APluscare and/or its personnel
  • Maintain agency compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations for all agency programs
  • Conduct weekly visits and audits of DDD licensed programs in order to maintain continuous compliance with DDD licensing and accreditation standards
  • Assists in development and implementation of corporate governance policies, guidelines, and templates
  • Responsible for compliance activities to include reporting, risk assessments, training, and follow-up reviews of compliance investigations and notifications
  • Develops compliance organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction, establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives
  • Attends agency departmental meetings, trainings, and activities
  • Maintains and files Agency governance filings, licensing, registrations, and corporate records for oversight entities; Provides information by fulfilling document requests
  • All other duties assigned by APluscare

Qualifications:
  • Must possess intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, colleagues, and other parties as necessary for employment with APluscare
  • Must possess a minimum of Master's Degree
  • Push, Pull, lift up to 50lbs
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
