**Administrative / Marketing Assistant**

**Position Overview**

Pivotal team member supporting the diverse marketing needs of a team of commercial real estate agents, creating marketing materials consistent with corporate branding to support property marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Create proposals, valuations, and client presentations at the start of the sales cycle
  • Develop and maintain property-specific marketing collateral, including property flyers, floorplan flyers, eblasts, Offering Memoranda, Executive Summaries, and postcards
  • Prepare images and attachments for marketing materials, including photos, custom maps, and aerial photographs
  • Publish new property listings to the website and update existing listings as needed
  • Prepare email broadcasts through the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors' Exchange Mail system and manage the ongoing schedule of email campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales support teammates to maximize internal efficiencies
  • Prepare market overviews, including maps, statistics, and submarket narratives, through research from sources like the Atlanta Regional Commission and local municipalities
  • Compile demographic reports and package them with supporting information as needed
  • Update the Dealius database with newly-prepared marketing materials
  • Conduct research and compile information from various resources, interpreting results for agents and clients (e.g., CoStar, SiteReports, RealQuest, County, and State Authorities)

**Ideal Candidate Qualifications**

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • Marketing background with expertise in layout and print design
  • Proficiency in managing a wide variety of sales support and marketing projects
  • Ability to thrive in an office environment, collaborating with a diverse sales team
  • A proactive, creative approach to adding value in a small-business culture
  • Experience working synergistically with agents and coworkers to advance marketing initiatives
