Come join the DMVA team and take pride in supporting our nation's military veterans!DESCRIPTION OF WORKIn this role, you will manage the support services functions and provide technical and administrative direction to functions including mail management and distribution, printing services management, records management, and publications and forms management. Duties of the position include coordinating the pick-up and delivery of mail from federal and state entities located throughout Fort Indiantown Gap and monitoring the postage metering systems. You will also ensure DMVA offices comply with all records retention and disposition schedules. In addition, you will manage print requests; conduct reviews of forms and publications; and coordinate the movement of supplies, inventory, and equipment. In this role, it is essential to be able to forecast issues and needs, development and implement procedures, and communicate effectively. Interested in learning more?
