Allegheny County Department of Human Services, Area Agency on Aging is seeking hard-working, forward-thinking applicants who are dedicated to helping us assist Allegheny County residents, 60 years of age and older, to live safe, healthy and, when possible, independent lives. DESCRIPTION OF WORK This role is responsible for the support of our Information and Assistance (I&A) Unit and for other support activities across our Entry, Advocacy and Oversight Division. The incumbent has direct oversight of computer programs that are unique to the Aging Network and obtains the level of a subject matter expert in these related areas. The incumbent also participates in the development, implementation, and monitoring of reports related to quality assurance for all programs in the I&A Unit. Key responsibilities include studying and analyzing administrative operations and problems, preparing detailed and comprehensive reports of findings and recommendations, and assisting in implementing procedural or policy changes as they relate to I&A. Work involves assisting in the ongoing development and recommendation of software enhancements and working with staff to refine the content of the administrative tables and program resources, in addition to compiling, reviewing, and analyzing statistical and programmatic reports for program planning and for the development and implementation of program outcome measures and standards. Other responsibilities include providing technical assistance to staff and providers in the form of information sharing, instruction, coaching, and training, as well as assisting in the revision and implementation of changes in the process flow and technical supports for the Unit and Division.   • Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:
