DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all funds are allocated and used in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines. You will oversee the tracking and monitoring of expenditures, commitments, and available balances for appropriations or federal awards, including the PCCD administration portion of each. This position requires minimal supervision, allowing you to independently review financial data and make fiscal recommendations regarding the approval or modification of subgrants. You will communicate these recommendations to your supervisor, program staff, managers, as well as to PCCD's committees. Additionally, you will assess when funding adjustments are necessary for subgrants and prepare the corresponding adjustment memos. - Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, with a minimum of one day per month in the office or as required. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
