The Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) is seeking an Administrative Officer 3 to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to our mission to enhance the quality, coordination, and planning within the criminal and juvenile justice systems; facilitate the delivery of services to victims of crime; and increase the safety of our communities. Strong management and supervisory skills are essential for effectively overseeing activities and assigning work to team members. Your responsibilities will include providing training to staff, approving leave requests, developing performance standards, and preparing performance reviews for your direct reports. Additional details regarding this position can be found in the position description.Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Telework:You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. You will be required to report to the office a minimum of one day per month, or as needed. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:One year as an Administrative Officer 2; or Four years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management of staff work in public or private organization, including experience in personnel management budgeting or procurement; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four-year college or university; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
