Job Duties
1. Oversee and manage daily office operations, developing policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient and productive workflows.
2. Provide support with problem-solving, project planning, management, and achieving stated goals and objectives.
3. Oversee and manage resource allocation, administration procedures, and documentation for the division.
4. Conduct research and analysis on specific issues, preparing non-routine reports and correspondence, which may be highly sensitive and confidential.
5. Serve as the primary administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and institutions on operational and programmatic matters related to the office.
6. Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and special events; coordinate and attend committee meetings and participate in discussions as needed.
7. Coordinate the resolution of issues and disputes involving faculty, staff, students, and/or the public as they arise.
8. Oversee office accounts, monitor expenditures, and coordinate budget development for the office and related accounts.
9. Provide and oversee staff support, including managing walk-in and phone inquiries, maintaining calendars and travel arrangements, screening correspondence, and offering secretarial support.
10. Assist with understanding and interpreting College policies and procedures, ensuring office operations comply with institutional standards.
11. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
