Established in 2021, we are a leader in the development and commercialization of brain-computer interfaces (BCI). As a Precision employee, you will be collaborating with experts across a diverse array of fields-including neurosurgery, mechanical engineering, machine learning, and microfabrication-to push the boundaries of what is possible. You will be joining a well capitalized and fast-moving company. In the two years since Precision's founding, we have built and validated a product and have begun human trials in partnership with some of the country's leading neurosurgery programs. And you will be working toward a deeply meaningful goal: restoring function to people living with devastating neurological conditions, including stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and neurodegenerative disease such as ALS. Our platform will enable these individuals to regain independence, communicate with loved ones, and return to work. We are seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our Business Operations Team to provide support to our executives and help ensure Precision's administrative and office operations run seamlessly as we continue to grow. You will enjoy this role if you enjoy a diversity of tasks and excel at providing administrative support in fast-paced settings. Joining our team brings with it the opportunity for continuous learning and interesting challenges. This position is onsite at our office in NYC (Chelsea). We are unable to consider candidates who are not currently in the US and who do not have working rights. Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative support to our executive team, eg. with travel arrangements, calendar management and formatting of presentation decks. Help support our Finance Team on procurement tasks. Incudes sourcing suppliers for hard-to-find engineering equipment, creating purchase orders and tracking deliveries. Manage day-to-day operations of our small office, including supplies ordering, courier deliveries and oversight of maintenance and other contractors. Maintain key company documentation eg. NDA and COI library, relevant company wikis. Coordination of regular team-building activities and company-wide meetings to help us to continue to build our fantastic culture. Support with ad-hoc projects, across the full company. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise3+ years' experience working in administrative roles and managing offices. 2+ years' experience supporting executives. Demonstrated proactive attitude towards identifying and actioning on process improvements, especially through the use of software tools. Experience working with teams that are distributed in different locations. Experience collaborating with other administrative personnel to get tasks done. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong Google Suite and/or MS Word and PowerPoint skills. Proficiency in MS Excel. Overall tech-savvy skillset.
