Primary Function: The Administrative/Operations Coordinator will be responsible for all administrative duties, including data entry for sectoral trainings for programs Career Network: Healthcare (CNH), Career Network: Building Services (CNBS), and Jobs to Build On (JtBO). The Administrative/Operations Coordinator will conduct a range of activities including assisting Sectoral Training team/Managers with recruitment, data entry, enrollment and placement. Responsibilities:
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred, including Salesforce and Google docs.
- Enter participant data in Salesforce in real-time and within specified time periods
- Assist with intake assessment and appointments
- Plan and schedule appointments and assist with events
- Greet and assist onsite guests, as needed
- Cover the Front Desk, when needed
- Develop and implement organized filing systems including using One Drive and Google
- Able to meet commitments and accomplishes tasks on a timely basis
- Work cross functionally, particularly with the Case Management, Employer Engagement Facilitator and Outreach units.
- Perform any and all tasks deemed necessary by supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma required
- At least three years of demonstrated experience working in an administrative/operations capacity, preferably with youth and young adults in workforce, community and school-based settings.
- Strong organizational skills, interpersonal, public speaking and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate within a team environment
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and technical problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; Self-directed and able to take initiative
