**Pay Rate: $18.40 per hour**

**What's a typical day as an** **Administrative Policy/Procedure Assistant? You'll:**
+ Perform redline edits to policies and procedures, including tracking changes, updating headers/footers, logos, tables, and content, reviewing for grammar and formatting, and conducting document quality checks.
+ Create master Word versions and ensure policy forms are accurate, complete, and consistent with document contents, storing forms in designated folders.
+ Maintain Excel logs of activities performed and store/save documents in Word, converting them to PDF formats using Adobe Acrobat Pro.
+ Archive policies by renaming files, following naming conventions, relocating documents, and storing them appropriately in SharePoint and other systems.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Microsoft Teams and Outlook to revise and finalize documents, including attaching links or documents to emails.
+ Utilize Adobe Acrobat Pro for PDF preparation, including adding date cells, signature blocks, and other form enhancements; perform other duties as assigned.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including saving documents, managing folders, renaming files, Word/Excel functions, and handling email attachments.
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
+ Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
+ Preferred: fast typing skills, self-starter mindset, quick learner, and strong interpersonal skills.
+ Education/Experience: Flexible, with a preference for an associate degree or equivalent work experience.
