Position Overview:

We are seeking an administrative assistant to our center's Educational Center Director. This is a part-time administrative role that will evolve into a full-time teaching position after our center opens if you chosen. As a Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience, you will be an ambassador of happiness, creating opportunities every day that reflect our mission to make a difference in the lives of children, their families, and our community.

Schedule:

* Part-time administrative role to support pre-opening operations, with the option to transition to a full-time teaching role after the center opens.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Opening Administrative Assistant Role: (Part Time $20 hourly + Commission for every family enrolled)

* Administrative position with the option to be Lead Teacher after opening.

* Assist in preparing the center for its grand opening, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth launch.

* Serve as the Educational Center Director Designee, helping with administrative duties such as record-keeping, staff support, and other operational tasks.

* On Site Training from the Center Director

* Lead tours for prospective families and handle inquiries about enrollment with warmth and professionalism.

* Assist in generating and following up on enrollment leads, including outreach calls to potential families.

OPTIONAL-Post-Opening Lead Teacher Role: (Full Time with Pay Increase)

* Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, in line with each child's unique developmental needs.

* Lead classroom management, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.

* Serve as a role model for less experienced teachers, coaching and mentoring them in best practices.

* Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's progress and milestones via mobile apps and personal discussions.

* Collaborate with the center's leadership team to achieve goals around enrollment, family engagement, and center success.

* Ensure the safety and security of all children under your care.

Qualifications:

* Education:

* Minimum of an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or currently enrolled in a study program.

* Experience:

* At least 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred (minimum of 6 months required).

* 1-3 years of customer service experience.

* Demonstrated knowledge of Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP) in early childhood education.

* CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

* Skills:

* Ability to create meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* A proactive, energetic, and adaptable personality with a passion for early childhood education.

* Ability to balance administrative duties with teaching responsibilities.
