You may be the right candidate for this or other roles within the organization.What you will be doingThe Life Operations Administrative Processor will serve our customers and business partners through the administration of traditional, universal and variable universal life insurance contracts.Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Processing administrative transactions using multiple systems
  • Communicating with agents and policyholders via letter, email and telephone
  • Reviewing submitted documents for compliance, accuracy, and completeness
  • Training, monitoring, researching and problem solving
  • Working with team members to complete all work within time service specifications

RequirementsWhat you need to be successful
  • Associate degree or the equivalent in work experience
  • LOMA 1 and 2 must be completed within six months of hire
  • LOMA Associate Customer Service (ACS) designation within two years of hire
  • LIMRA AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Training is required within 6 months of hire
  • Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 6 certification to process requests for registered products
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication
