Job Summary/Basic Functions
Provides professional high level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing support functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and provide technical direction to lower-level clerical staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Certification or graduation from a four (4) year college or university
Experience: Five years of progressively responsible clerical, secretarial and/ or administrative support is required
Licensure & Certifications: Certification or graduation from a four (4) year college or university

Job Duties:
* 40% - Provide excellent Customer Service for entire campus community in relation to maintenance and project communication. - (Essential)
* 40% - TMA Work Order Management for all incoming maintenance issues, dispatching appropriate shops for response, TMA Reports - (Essential)
* 10% - Operation of multi line phone system, key checkout system - (Essential)
* 10% - Other duties as assigned - (Essential)
