Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Administrative Program Coordinator:

The South Carolina Commission on Higher Education is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Program Coordinator to support our team in administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of the agency's Academic Program Productivity Study, through effective and systemic organization of files and documents, data collection, data entry, and document tracking.

Administrative Support:

* Provide general administrative assistance in the execution of the agency's Academic Program Productivity Study, including scheduling meetings, maintaining reports and documentation, and managing stakeholder communication.

* Prepare and distribute information, agendas, and meeting minutes.

Data Collection and Entry:

* Collect, compile, and organize data related to the Academic Program Productivity Study.

* Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant databases and systems.

Collaboration:

* Works closely with the supervisor to provide support for the Academic Program Productivity Study.

* Assist in the planning and execution of activities in support of the Study and subsequent reports.

Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Statistics, or a related field preferred, with a minimum of five years of experience.

Additional Requirements:

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.

* Excellent communication skills, both orally and written.

* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

* Proven experience in coordinating meeting schedules and assisting with developing meeting agendas.
