Job Description:
Our client, a banking and finance company, is seeking an Administrative Project Coordinator.This is a long-term temp job.The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.The pay rate range is $35.00 - $43.00 depending on experience.Primary responsibilities include:Manage multiple calendars includingcreating, deleting, and updating meetings and events, and assist customers in prioritizing their daily schedules.Develop and support briefing materials and presentations.General administrative responsibilities (i.e., phone coverage, scanning, FedEx, internal mail).Maintain organizational charts in Visio.Process and track purchase orders and manage the area's inventory of supplies.Provide back-up support to other admins within TG at own initiative or as requested.Perform other ad-hoc duties, assignments, and projects as necessary.Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, coordinate several calendars, and schedule a high volume of internal and external meetings; work independently and follow through to resolve day-to-day administrative matters.Required Skills:Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Visio.Five years of project coordinator and/or administrative support experience required.Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree or High School diploma or equivalent required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
