Ideally this person could commit through the end of the year! This position is onsite Monday-Friday, hours are 8:30am-5:00pm. Responsibilities:
- Act as the front face of the organization
- Greet clients and internal employees to the office
- Answer and field phone calls
- Assist Managing Director with scheduling
- Coordinate and set up catering Qualifications:
- Ideally this person will have 1+ year of corporate reception experience and has used Concur for expenses
- Positive, warm, and professional demeanor
- Flexibility and ability to multitask Compensation:
