Contribute to the ACL's mission by providing crucial administrative support, including purchasing office supplies and equipment.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage facility activities, including maintenance, cubicle coordination, moves, and name tag changes. Oversee facility and administrative support requests for all employees housed at the Arlington facility. Manage the flow and handling of confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information, along with USG classified duties as assigned. Engage in regular professional interfacing with executive level leaders and research and development customers. Manage the logistical requirements for personnel visiting various Lockheed Martin customer and government sites. Proactively partner and coordinate with other ATL labs, Lockheed Martin Business Areas, and CETO staff. Coordinate and oversee all visit requests from LM and non-LM visitors. Coordinate and oversee the logistics for all special events sponsored by LM ATL that are occurring in or near the Arlington facility. Arrange and coordinate travel (including international) and process expenses through the Concur System. Interface, coordinate, and collaborate with other ATL administrative personnel. Exhibit a highly motivated, can-do approach. Demonstrate initiative, discretion, and tact in managing email, telephone calls, and other requests. Ensure all correspondence is accurate, complete, and properly handled. Utilize PC and standard desktop software (full complement of Microsoft Office Suite including Teams) to access LM systems, compose correspondence, and update spreadsheets and presentation charts. Assure administrative details on all projects: updates and statuses delegated tasks to ensure progress toward deadlines; handle all inquiries within capacity; provide backup materials for callbacks; fix commitments to maximize time efficiency; screen visitors to control interruptions and preserve schedules; provide meeting backup date as needed and arrange all amenities for same. Perform additional special assignments as required. Five or more years of experience supporting executive management (Director level or above). Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with other administrative assistants and staff supporting the leadership team of an organization. Exceptional organizational and coordination skills. Through knowledge of systems applications such as MS Office Suite (including MS Teams), VTC, as well as Concur to make travel arrangements (including international), prepare expense reports, order supplies, unclassified and classified visit requests, etc. Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Top Secret Security ClearanceDesired Skills: Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Policies and Procedures.
