Job Description: Summary: Administrative Resident provides administrative direction for the operations for a facility or community-based project as a completion require of Year II of Ballad's administrative residency program. Position assists the COO/CEO with ensuring organizational compliance with all applicable laws and regulations with reviewing and initiating prompt action in response to reports and recommendations made by authorized planning, regulatory, and inspecting agencies with regards to scope of project. Responsible for providing leadership to the assigned operational clinical and/or ancillary support departments and/or community groups as members of the assigned project. Performs other duties as assigned by the COO/CEO of the facility and/or Community Organization. Requirements: Master's degree in business administration, health care administration, or health care related field is required. Administrative Resident title is named during second year of administrative residency program. Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written; demonstrate significant organization skills, capable of understanding work responsibilities and accomplishing them with very limited direction.
