We are seeking an Administrative Safety Coordinator to support a dynamic and growing organization based in Aurora, CO. Pay Rate: $22-$26 hourly
Schedule: In office daily; Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Location: Aurora, CO 80019
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing and implementing safety policies
- Coordinate safety training sessions and track employee certifications
- Support new hire safety training and manage safety equipment distribution
- Lead monthly safety meetings
- Perform clerical duties, including completing inspection logs and safety-related documentation as well as managing tolls, vehicle tickets and GPS software of fleet vehicles
- Monitor and track fleet inventory to ensure adequate supply levels
- Assist in developing policies and procedures for fleet management
- Analyze fleet data to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare fleet operation reports for management
- Provide backup coverage for other administrative positions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree is a plus
- 2+ years of administrative experience required
- Experience in construction, safety, or related is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive, flexible, and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Background check and drug screen required upon hire
