We are seeking an Administrative Safety Coordinator to support a dynamic and growing organization based in Aurora, CO. Pay Rate: $22-$26 hourly

Schedule: In office daily; Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Location: Aurora, CO 80019

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with developing and implementing safety policies
  • Coordinate safety training sessions and track employee certifications
  • Support new hire safety training and manage safety equipment distribution
  • Lead monthly safety meetings
  • Perform clerical duties, including completing inspection logs and safety-related documentation as well as managing tolls, vehicle tickets and GPS software of fleet vehicles
  • Monitor and track fleet inventory to ensure adequate supply levels
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures for fleet management
  • Analyze fleet data to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare fleet operation reports for management
  • Provide backup coverage for other administrative positions

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree is a plus
  • 2+ years of administrative experience required
  • Experience in construction, safety, or related is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive, flexible, and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Background check and drug screen required upon hire
