The following are examples of the major duties that will be needed from this position:
- Phones
- Answering a multi-line phone
- Screening and directing calls
- Providing basic customer service to callers
- Distributing faxes and mail
- Maintaining shared inboxes
- Printing, filing, and distributing CDC reports
- Drafting, requesting approval for, and sending all staff emails
- Keying, tracking, and following up on maintenance requests
- Keying, tracking, and following up on IT-related requests
- Maintaining 7th floor conference room
- Tidying room at the end of the day
- Assisting with AV, as needed
- Approving or rescheduling meetings, as needed
- Assisting with conference room scheduling (other conf. rooms)
- Managers' Meeting minutes
- Preparing newsletter
Preferred Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree; and at least one year qualifying full- time increasingly responsible sub-professional experience or paraprofessional or professional experience. Experience may substitute education on a year for year basis.
