OverviewThe Administrative Services Coordinator will work directly with OPG's Representative Payee Program in our Rutland Office. OPG's Representative Payee Program is responsible for managing the income of nearly 350 Older Vermonters and individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.This position is primarily responsible for various administrative tasks such as:
- Filing
- Scanning
- Mailings
- Learning how to utilize our database to update client information.
This position will interact directly with our two Representative Payees as well as with the clients we service. The ability to work collaboratively as well as independently is essential. Supervision and oversight of hours worked will be provided by the OPG Regional Supervisor.

Administrative support includes those functions which keep the organization running or provide the resources for others to provide the programmatic work (e.g., accounting, budget management, grant administration, finance, human resources, payroll, purchasing, or space management).
Special RequirementsFor some positions experience working with the VI SION system VISION is the State of Vermont PeopleSoft financial management system may be required.
