We are seeking an Administrative Services Generalist for the Central Region Loan Origination Department.
The Administrative Services Generalist will be responsible for fielding incoming phone calls, signing for deliveries, distributing daily reports, providing assistance to walk in customers, data entry of consumer loan applications, scanning of loan files, distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail and filing of applications. The role is a support role for the main functions in the region. Some of the described duties of position can affect the level of success, or failure, of many areas within the region. Understanding this is key to this role's success. Duties are assigned by the Senior Credit Underwriter Manager.

Highlights:
* Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner and be able to relate to a diverse customer base as well as determine the appropriate party to receive the call
* Remain calm when managing multiple tasks and sustain high productivity to meet changing work demands
* Responsible for the processing of all received applications (by date received) and prepare/maintain records for off-site storage
* Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
* Distribute daily reports to the appropriate personnel
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry of loan applications into current LOS program
Experience:
Required
* 1-year administrative experience or customer service
Preferred
* Previous experience within a financial institution
* Previous loan processing experience
Education:
Required
* High school diploma or equivalent
Skills & Knowledge:
Required
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Working knowledge of Access databases
* Working knowledge of photocopy and fax machine
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Good organizational skills, time management and attention to detail
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
* Ability to follow through with assigned projects independently
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; listens well
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
