Our Printing department seeks a high-speed inserter technician I. This role is responsible for processing transactional print output, prepping workflow for the inserters, logging data into daily production logs, completing inserter maintenance as required, verifying all privacy procedures are being followed, and supporting service level agreements and corporate goals. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.
Starting pay: The rate of pay for this position is $15.50 an hour. Pay is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be ready to:
* identify and assign various jobs from the Mail-Factory to the inserter
* demonstrate attention to detail by double checking work for completeness and accuracy
* effectively identify, log and research pull policy requests
* log individual operator data for tracking purposes
* learn and follow manufacturers' guidelines for safety and maintenance
* prepare, process and monitor all equipment operations
* complete tasks within expected timeframes
* troubleshoot common inserter malfunctions
* effectively communicate end of shift status with leadership and associates on alternate shifts
* support department and corporate goals
Be equipped with:

* experience using the Mail-Factory system and all inserter applications
Qualified candidates must be willing and available to work weekends and overtime as needed.
