Duties Description The incumbent will provide administrative, fiscal, and programmatic support within the Wadsworth Center's New Scotland Avenue Administration office. The Administrative Specialist 1 (AS1) will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to developing and monitoring expenditure plans and budgets; reviewing complex purchase requisitions for compliance with NYS Finance Law and agency policies and appropriateness within the programs budget plans; facilitate tracking of purchases; monitor database and facilitate employee probation and annual evaluation reports ensuring timely completion and submission, perform personnel-related tasks including the preparation of waiver requests, position descriptions and promotion packages; provide oversight, monitor, and provide guidance and technical assistance to program staff and other appropriate related duties as assigned.
