Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs monthly distribution of all rep payee bank statements and prepares spreadsheet.• Performs monthly SNAP card processing and prepares spreadsheet.• Makes weekly bank deposits• Balances daily deposit reconciliation.• Covers Mailroom as needed.• Assists with bookkeeping and document management as needed.• Performs support to the Business Office management team as needed.• Types all correspondence, maintains files, and performs administrative duties as needed. • Completes special projects as assigned by the Business Office.• Responsible for recording time worked at the beginning and end of each shift.• Complies with all agency policies and procedures.• Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma/GED and 2 years' full time office experience; OR Equivalent combination of training and experience• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
