Job Description:

Responsibilities

* Provide secretarial support for management staff (ACC Counselors)

* Manage and coordinate referrals

* Assist ACC Counselors in maintaining up to date records through audits

* Perform data entry

* Ensure files are up to date and papers/files are marked appropriately

* Answer telephones and greet consumers, visitors, and others

* Type and distributes correspondence

* Schedule meeting/training rooms, appointments and coordinate calendars as requested

* Attend department/management meetings as scheduled

* Assist in orientation/training of new team members

* Manage office funds

* Purchase and re-stock supplies for office

* Effectively convey ideas and department needs using clear verbal and written communication

* Protect Aurora's value by keeping information confidential

* Ensure safe work practice

* Maintain office cleanliness

* Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Range: $16 - $17/hr. based upon experience and education.
