Duties may include but not limited to the following:1. Execute advanced front office duties in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.2. Check patients in and out respectively, schedule doctor appointments, make reminder calls and update patient information as needed. Will request payment for services rendered.3. Responsible for receiving phone screenings and referrals. Will notify clinicians by email upon receipt and import associated paperwork to patient's chart.4. Serve as alternate cashier.5. Provide back-up coverage for Medical Records, Patient Intake and Centralized Scheduler areas as needed.6. Performs other duties as required. Minimum and Additional RequirementsState Requirement: A high school diploma or GED.
