Uses the DMV Phoenix system to enter, retrieve, update and provide data for customers and courts. Respond daily to routine inquiries from customers by mail and through various methods of communication to include telephone, email, or phone. Advises customers on appropriate actions for payment, services and required documentation for transaction processing. Resolve customers problems and inquiries through records research. Maintain appropriate tracking system to include tracked and untracked mail, customer inquiries and rejection letters, reconcile transaction reports and maintain accurate cash drawer. Minimum and Additional Requirements Minimum Qualifications A high school diploma. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Proficient in basic computer skills. Ability to exercise discretion in interpreting and applying office practices, policies and procedures. Works under general supervision after a period of training.
