* Job Summary
As an ICS Administration Specialist reporting directly to the ICS Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of fueling system maintenance, modifications, and installation projects worldwide. This role is crucial in supporting the Global Readiness & Sustainment of the United States Military and it's allies, ensuring that systems meet and exceed all standards. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to high-quality work and operational excellence. Roles and Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to Operations Managers for assigned programs.
* Adhere to established policies, guidelines, and procedures to maintain quality and control costs.
* Manage the distribution and inventory of spare parts.
* Generate and analyze reports from multiple databases to ensure program requirements are met.
* Research and procure parts and materials for assigned programs.
* Report program status updates to Operations Managers.
* Attend and contribute to program tier meetings.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
* US Citizen
* Ability to pass a NACLC security background check
* High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
* Proficiency in general office procedures and standard clerical tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and data entry.
* Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) effectively for daily administrative tasks and project support.
Preferred Qualifications
* Active or previous security clearance.
* Current possession of a government CAC.
* Previous work with PII and CUI.
* Experience with Costpoint.
